Having arrived four years earlier, In Patella started its operations in 2017 to fill a void for authentic and affordable Spanish cuisine, which was surprisingly scarce within the New York food scene. Even more notable was the impossible mission of finding a paella that vaguely resembled the original recipe and deliciousness we were accustomed to in Valencia.
After a riveting initial success at outdoor Food Markets across New York City, by popular demand we expanded to offer on-site catering services, touring our paella and tapas party across the tri-state area to enlighten all kinds of special events.
